Gary Alembik has been a practicing Attorney since 1988. For the past two decades Gary has devoted himself to the practice of Family law. Mr. Alembik specializes in the areas of Divorce, Custody, Paternity, Legitimation , and Modification Actions. He has extensive experience in representing clients in divorce matters involving complex custody and financial issues.

Gary Alembik is currently a part time Magistrate (Judicial Officer) in the Superior Court, Family Division, of Fulton County. His position as a Magistrate in the Fulton County Family Court disqualifies him to represent clients in Fulton County.

Mr. Alembik accepts cases in DeKalb, Cobb, Paulding, Carroll, Douglas, Henry, Rockdale, Gwinnett, Clayton, Hall, Forsyth, Cherokee, Barrow, Walton, Newton, Spalding, Fayette, Bartow, and Bibb counties.

Gary Alembik is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. He is a trained Mediator and is registered as an Arbitrator in the State Of Georgia.

Mr. Alembik received a BA degree from George Washington University in 1985 and a JD degree from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University in 1988.
